  • Project Portfolio Management of our most critical strategic initiatives:
  • Develop roadmaps, inclusive of cross-functional interdependencies, resources, and timelines
  • Drive successful execution against roadmap, ensuring project teams are securing cross-functional commitments, achieving business outcomes, and moving the needle against our critical success factors
  • Proactively manage cross-functional impacts of changes in scope, timelines, priorities, and resources
  • Provide leverage to leadership via proactive communication, risk management, and execution support for project leads
  • Temporarily manage projects as necessary when unforeseen resource gaps arise
  • Strengthen project execution capabilities across the organization:
  • Assist in driving the creation, maturation, and continuous improvement of project execution capabilities for the organization including project estimating, cost benefit analysis, reforecasting, and resource management
  • Influence and coordinate with functions across the organization to ensure successful rollout and adoption without creating bureaucracy
  • Explore current state challenges across departments and architect creative solutions that optimize how teams manage their work and priorities
  • Provide run the business support for existing execution framework and tooling
  • Evangelize project management best practices
  • Perform ad hoc requests to support critical strategic initiatives
  • Partner with the Strategy Development function for the holistic oversight of our Annual Planning Process:
  • Review the output of each department's annual plan, fostering alignment across dependent departments and true-up of resources
  • Outline key themes and elevate for Sr. Leadership to arm them with ability to make sound business decisions and trade-offs as necessary
