August 17, 2026 08:00 AM ET FTS International brings a suite of space engineering and orbital analysis services to Noblis. Noblis has acquired a provider of engineering and related support services as part of push to expand further into defense, intelligence and space programs across the federal government. FTS International was founded by CEO John Fitzgerald in 2005 to focus on mission engineering, intelligence analysis, systems integration and other operational support for intelligence and other national security agencies. By purchasing FTS, Noblis is also looking to bolster both its delivery function from concept to sustainment operations and further aid its technology scaling efforts. Financial terms of the transaction announced Monday were not disclosed.
