Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in HR related discipline preferred
  • At least 8 years' hands-on experience in Human Resources employment cycles
  • High level of communication skills (verbal, written & presentation)
  • A professional with a strong sense of self who can build trust quickly and become a trusted business advisor at all levels of the organization
  • Ideal candidate would be proactive, independent and creative
  • The right candidate will need to have the ability to consult, coach, and influence senior executives, lead business initiatives, and collaboratively partner at all levels
  • The right candidate will be able to question the status quo with managers and work with them to define new solutions to old problems

  • Experience in multi-national working environment (collaborating with remote teams)

  • Familiarity with US Employment Laws
Responsibilities
  • Partner directly with management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business priorities
  • Partner with managers on org planning, performance management, employee engagement and development, team effectiveness, and employee relations
  • Establish a communication cadence with team leaders of each business unit to understand their unique needs and how they tie into the overall business strategy
  • Partner across all HR functions to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflect business objectives & goals
  • Support and coach managers in the areas of employee relations and other employment-related workplace issues
  • Partner with recruitment and finance on headcount planning, internal mobility, and driving hiring efficiencies across your groups
  • Collaborate with employment lawyer to resolve employee relations grievances at the individual and organizational levels
  • Participate in HR cross-functional and global projects
