We are currently seeking an HR Business Partner to support our dynamic global organization. This position will be responsible for facilitating the delivery of HR services while delivering impact and value. In this role, you will be working with managers, leaders and employees in all people programs such as (but not limited to) talent development, employee engagement and performance management. You will work closely with multiple departments and provide expert advice and coaching to drive and support business objectives. The individual will have business acumen, drive strategic thinking into day-to-day operations, have solid decision-making and problem-solving abilities, and is able to navigate ambiguous situations and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
What you’ll do
- Partner directly with management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business priorities
- Partner with managers on org planning, performance management, employee engagement and development, team effectiveness, and employee relations
- Establish a communication cadence with team leaders of each business unit to understand their unique needs and how they tie into the overall business strategy
- Partner across all HR functions to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflect business objectives & goals
- Support and coach managers in the areas of employee relations and other employment-related workplace issues
- Partner with recruitment and finance on headcount planning, internal mobility, and driving hiring efficiencies across your groups
- Collaborate with employment lawyer to resolve employee relations grievances at the individual and organizational levels
- Participate in HR cross-functional and global projects
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR related discipline preferred
- At least 8 years’ hands-on experience in Human Resources employment cycles
- High level of communication skills (verbal, written & presentation)
- A professional with a strong sense of self who can build trust quickly and become a trusted business advisor at all levels of the organization
- Ideal candidate would be proactive, independent and creative
- The right candidate will need to have the ability to consult, coach, and influence senior executives, lead business initiatives, and collaboratively partner at all levels
- The right candidate will be able to question the status quo with managers and work with them to define new solutions to old problems
- The right candidate is a change agent who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively engage those around her/him to get them excited about the future
- Experience in multi-national working environment (collaborating with remote teams)
- Comfortable operating in a highly matrixed environment
- Familiarity with US Employment Laws

In accordance with New York City Law, below is the annual base salary range for this position. Actual annual base salary is based on, but not limited to: experience, education, professional licenses, location and business needs. The position is eligible for health insurance, disability insurance, life insurance, 401k plan, paid-time off, and sick (and where applicable safe) leave. This position is also eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus.
The annual base salary range for this position is: $50,000-$150,000
