  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field
  • At least 7+ years of experience in implementing or supporting NetSuite ERP systems
  • Strong preference for NetSuite professional certifications, including NetSuite SuiteFoundation Certification, ERP Consultant or Administrator Certification, or similar equivalents
  • Strong preference for Experience with EDI, working with major retailers
  • Strong understanding of point to point or integrations via a middleware
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
  • Strong understanding of purchasing and supply chain management
  • Proficiency in NetSuite modules such as Financials, CRM, Supply Chain Management, or Manufacturing
  • Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, or SuiteAnalytics is a plus
  • Analytical problem-solving skills with an ability to troubleshoot complex issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse stakeholders
Responsibilities
  • Act as NetSuite system owner to understand & maintain business processes and integrations
  • Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
  • Configure and customize NetSuite ERP modules (e.g., Financials, Inventory Management, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Supply Chain Mgmt) to align with business needs
  • Participate in process mapping, workflow analysis, and system design to improve efficiency
  • Proactively manage tickets & projects relating to NetSuite functionality, ensuring timely & effective resolution either through personal efforts or coordination with third-party NetSuite support team
  • Develop functional specifications and collaborate as needed with third-party developers for customizations or integrations
  • Proactively support Company’s SOX Program and act as a primary owner of key SOX controls for NetSuite ERP, requiring participation in walkthroughs, test of operating effectiveness procedures and gathering requested documents ensuring highest level of compliance
  • Provide training and support to end users to maximize the platform's potential
  • Perform testing, troubleshoot issues, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) activities
  • Maintain strict change management controls
  • Maintain system roles, permissions, workflows, and configurations
  • Support internal and external audits, as required
  • Create NetSuite system documentation including policies, procedures, workflows, and user guides
  • Stay updated on NetSuite product updates and recommend best practices for implementation and new functionality
  • Fulfill other NetSuite ERP system requests, as assigned
