  • Handle day-to-day delivery, manage project timelines, and oversee customer deliverables.
  • Maintain the long-term health of the customer base by identifying and addressing potential risks or concerns.
  • Establish an effective feedback loop between the customer team and internal product, machine learning, engineering, and go-to-market teams.
  • Strategically identify ways to standardize customer success and resolve issues for future customers.
