Responsibilities
  • Deliver a range of training, such as new starter inductions, mandatory training, technical and soft skills training
  • Use a range of training methods to motivate and meet the needs of different learning styles both face to face and virtually
  • Provide one-to-one support, coaching, and assessment of staff within the home to facilitate successful completion of inductions and training requirements
  • Analyse learning reports to identify and advise on training required
  • Own the relationship with a set number of Care Home Managers, holding formal monthly training meetings to advise on Learning and Development requirements
  • Ensure all training information is logged correctly on the system and kept up to date
