  • Start everyone's day right! Make sure there's coffee, supplies, snacks and conference rooms ready to go first thing every single day (M-F). Load the dishwasher at the end of each day
  • You are the first impression and point of contact for both internal and external visitors to the office, including meet & greets for candidates
  • Lead regular employee event set up (food & decor prep, catering link, etc.) as well as occasional meet-ups and gatherings at our offices or other locations, including occasional events outside of standard business hours
  • You will schedule services with outside vendors and partners, with an eye toward efficiency and the least impact on the team
  • You will act as the onsite liaison between our team and the office building's management, maintenance and security staff
  • You will work independently and with the Workplace Services team to set and ensure objectives are met and services are consistently achieved
  • Associate's degree in administration or equivalent experience
  • 2+ Years of professional work experience in Office Administration, Facilities, Events, HR or any customer service oriented field
  • Availability to work a regular schedule of Monday through Friday, 8-4:30
  • Startup experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize multiple projects and troubleshoot
  • You work well with peers and generate business relationships interdepartmentally as well as have an innate willingness to roll up your sleeves and get their hands dirty
  • You are a self starter and have the proven ability to self-manage and work independently
  • Extraordinary organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Flexible work schedule (nights and weekends on occasion)
  • Highly organized and a natural problem-solver
  • Observant and Friendly and open personality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Oversee entry to the office during open office hours
  • Warmly greet tenants, visitors, partners, vendors, and candidates

  • Promote a positive front office atmosphere and a collegial corporate culture
  • Oversee shipping and receiving of USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee and business information
