Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives and managing an office in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides), Slack, and office management tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clear and professional interactions.
  • Ability to pivot quickly and address challenges in a fast-moving environment.
  • Experience in overseeing office spaces, managing vendor relationships, and handling logistical coordination.
  • Skilled at tracking expenses, processing invoices, and optimizing cost efficiency.
  • Ability to anticipate needs, drive efficiency, and implement structured plans for operational success.
Responsibilities
  • Provide executive support to the C-suite, including managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and handling travel logistics.
  • Manage communication by acting as a liaison for executives, drafting emails, reviewing correspondence, and ensuring clear and professional messaging.
  • Oversee office operations to maintain a well-organized, fully stocked, and high-functioning workspace.
  • Plan & execute events including company meetings, leadership offsites, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Manage vendor relationships, office leases, and workspace logistics.
  • Oversee facilities management, including contracts, budget, compliance, and infrastructure to optimize operations and enhance employee experience.
  • Handle expense & budget management including tracking office expenses, processing invoices, and managing executive expense reports.
  • Improve processes & efficiencies by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and optimize productivity.
  • Ensure confidentiality & professionalism in handling sensitive information and executive communications.
  • Enhance company culture by fostering a positive office environment and supporting employee engagement initiatives.
  • Take on additional projects & responsibilities as business needs evolve, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
