Responsibilities
  • Prepares wires and checks for transfer.
  • Prepares and emails various drafts of settlement statement to the parties.
  • Provide internal and external customer service.
  • Numeric and alphanumeric data entry into First American proprietary software.
  • Answer a moderate volume of phone calls.
  • Participates in conference calls as needed to discuss flow of funds.
  • Ensure file is properly balanced and reconcile any differences with Escrow Officer.
  • Reconcile incoming and outgoing wires.
  • Embraces technology and outsourcing.
  • Is an active member participating in all training and NCS calls.
  • Strong working knowledge of Corporate and divisional policies and procedures including wire fraud.
  • Multi-tasking and prioritizing files.
  • Communicating and meeting deadlines.
  • Liaising with clients and all parties within the transaction.
