Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the planning and development of the Systems Administration team and operations
  • Participate as directed by the EMEA IT Infrastructure Manager in rosters and other arrangements necessary for the delivery of 24/7 services, provide on-call service, and 3rd line support
  • Day to day line management of the system administrator team including; appraisal, resource planning, coaching, mentoring, and training team members
  • Responsible for all Systems Administration processes including but not limited to, vulnerability management, patch management, change management and asset management
  • Work with the EMEA Infrastructure Manager to monitor the progress of staff and assess staff member training needs
