What you’ll do:

• Cross-functional project management of large, cross-functional company-wide initiatives
• Stakeholder management, including external clients and partners
• Create, monitor and track project plans for your projects, focusing on identifying cross-functional dependencies
• Cross-functional coordination within Collective Health
• Follow-up on deliverables and action items to ensure they are completed on time and with quality
• Engage in business process re-engineering activities focusing on efficiency and scalability, particularly as it related to sales and client relationship activities
• Assist in the definition and coaching of PMO processes
• Proactive, concise and constant communication regarding project status, issues, risks
• Communication and coordination with external parties
• Prioritization of enhancements and projects

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• 10+ years experience implementing and managing complex business / technical / process projects
• Well-versed in PMO methodologies
• Business-focused, with ability to understand a range of business areas, including not not limited to customer service and, data operations
• Tech savvy; ability to engage with technical resources and work streams to understand and roll-up issues
• Identify, evaluate and lead teams through prioritization activities
• Ability to be effective in a matrix management environment
• Experience working with customers / end-users
• Member and client focused (customer centricity)
• Proficient with project management tools, Smartsheet preferred
• Ability to speak and connect with both technical and business personnel, at all levels
• Ability to make progress, recommendations and decisions with incomplete information
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficient with G-suite applications

Pay Transparency Statement

This is a hybrid role out of our office in Lehi, Utah. The actual pay rate offered within the range will depend on factors including geographic location, qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
