  • BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience in consumer or patient marketing, engagement, retention, and communications

Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the patient experience roadmap within our SaaS platform, aligning with business objectives, patient value, and customer needs
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure that every patient experience on the platform is intuitive and valuable
  • Continuously gather and analyze patient data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify pain points and opportunities
  • Work closely with internal teams and our customers to ensure programs and messages are clear, compelling, and deliver patient value and satisfaction along the entire patient journey
  • Select and refine the tools, systems, and processes used within patient engagement programs
  • Conduct testing to determine the best patient segments, messages, and programs that get results
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of patient campaigns and programs, measuring key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement
  • Ensure all elements of the patient experience and solution comply with relevant healthcare regulations, patient privacy laws (e.g. HIPAA), and industry standards
  • Stay on top of emerging trends and technologies to bring new, innovative approaches to our patient experience strategies
