Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Applied Science, OH&S, Injury Management, or other relevant fields
  • 3+ years of experience in claims management functions at an insurer or employer
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
  • Perform Outsourced Return to Work Coordinator functions, including triaging and lodgment of new claims
  • Develop and maintain return-to-work plans while ensuring regular stakeholder contact
  • Deliver on employer return to work obligations and conduct claims reviews
  • Administer preferred injury management software for selected clients and maintain this database
  • Produce and format reports, manuals, presentations, and other correspondence or documents
Desired Qualifications
  • Return to Work Coordinator accreditation is desirable but not essential
  • Experience with claims management and injury management systems
  • Ability to maintain effective working relationships and contribute to a team environment
