Requirements
  • One to two years of relevant experience is required, ideally in healthcare or sales.

Responsibilities
  • Develop expertise in the features, benefits, and value of the assigned product portfolio and present them to clinical and economic call points using situational sales methodology.
  • Build consultative relationships with clinicians, supply chain partners, and end users, maintain positive working relationships with Distribution, and maintain an active presence at top accounts.
  • In-service accounts by demonstrating product applications and functionality and ensuring customers are competent in product usage.
  • Maintain knowledge of the current industry and competitive landscape, including healthcare economics, reimbursement, competitors, and competitive products.
  • Attend and participate in sales meetings, training programs, conventions, and tradeshows as directed.
  • Travel overnight for regional and divisional events, including customer meetings and presentations, customer education, training meetings, and national sales meetings.
  • Complete required administrative tasks, including expense management and new business forms.
  • Ensure contract compliance related to capital equipment.
  • Conduct patient or resident sizing in long-term care and nursing homes related to absorbent hygiene, including adult briefs and protective underwear, while providing product support professionally and maintaining patient or resident dignity.
  • Meet or exceed field activity metrics set by sales leadership.
  • Use digital technology platforms and data to analyze the region and target accounts effectively.
  • Document field activity related to the regional pipeline through the customer relationship management platform.
  • Travel extensively, approximately 80% of the time, with frequent overnight stays.

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Relevant experience in healthcare or sales is desirable.
