Millennium Physician Group and Lee Health announce strategic partnership to advance senior care in Southwest Florida. Fort Myers-based Millennium Physician Group has acquired Orlando's IMA Medical Group, expanding its reach in central Florida. IMA, with 53 providers and 17 clinics, serves over 22,000 Medicare Advantage members. The acquisition aims to enhance value-based care without changing IMA's practice names or care models. Financial terms were not disclosed. Guggenheim Securities advised IMA, and Foley & Lardner LLP provided legal counsel to Millennium.
