  • Friendly, persuasive communicator with excellent sales and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities
  • Grow revenue by prospecting, networking, and engaging with community contacts to generate leads and build your sales pipeline.
  • Educate clients about the full suite of Farmers insurance products (auto, home, life, business, specialty) through consultative selling.
  • Assess client needs and present tailored insurance solutions for comprehensive protection and value.
  • Oversee the complete sales process: source prospects, consult, present solutions, and close sales to build your client base.
  • Develop strong, trusting relationships and earn referrals through exceptional customer service.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed personal and team sales goals while providing outstanding client satisfaction.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and product developments to remain competitive.
