Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture with a focus on Microsoft Azure, including both presales and implementation.
  • Proficiency in Azure services such as Azure DevOps, Azure Resource Manager, Azure Security Center, and others.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Azure CLI) is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of Azure services and architecture, with proven experience in designing and implementing Azure cloud solutions.
  • Ability to capture complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Hands on design and delivery of Cloud Architecture frameworks and willingness to adhere to and improve Long View’s architecture methodologies.
  • Microsoft Azure certification(s) are highly desirable.
Responsibilities
  • Design and execute proof of concepts to validate solutions and address client concerns.
  • Develop innovative and scalable Azure cloud solutions tailored to client needs, leveraging Azure services and best practices.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in Azure, providing guidance and insights during the presales process to demonstrate how Azure solutions meet customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements, present solutions, and articulate the value proposition of Azure Cloud services.
  • Create detailed technical proposals, including architecture diagrams, project plans, and cost estimates, to support presales efforts.
  • Lead the architecture and design of standard and custom technical solutions, considering all aspects of architecture including security, data protection, and infrastructure.
  • Maintain relationships with clients throughout the delivery phase, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
