Requirements
  • BS/BA or the equivalent in experience and evidence of exceptional ability
  • Minimum of 3 years of service, office support, or other relevant experience
  • Computer savvy with proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office Products; general software aptitude
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, continually evolving environment using proven time management skills and working with a strong sense of urgency

Responsibilities
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and hiring teams (creating raving fans in the process)
  • Communicate effectively with candidates, providing them with necessary information regarding the status of their candidacy. ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Continuously update the applicant tracking system in a timely manner with appropriate candidate and/or position information. Maintains a record of recruiting activities which includes candidate assessment and requisition data.
  • Manage recruitment-related logistics, such as greeting candidates, travel arrangements and accommodations for candidates.
  • Work alongside team members to ensure Recruiting Cycle/process is efficient, candidate friendly, and effective while representing the Beta culture
  • Under the guidance of a Talent Acquisition partner, actively source and engage potential candidates through various channels, including online platforms, social media, and professional networks
  • Utilize creative sourcing techniques to identify and attract passive candidates.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
  • Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and alignment with job requirements.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a thorough understanding of position requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS.
  • Generate reports and provide regular updates on recruitment activities to the HR team.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand staffing needs and priorities.
  • Facilitate regular communication between candidates and hiring teams to ensure alignment throughout the recruitment process.
