JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES : 

• Lead digital transformation projects from A to Z in collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure the different key stages of the project’s completion: needs analysis, translation of business requirements into technical specifications, design of the solution, documentation, delegation of tasks, configuration of certain elements of the solution, follow-up with the development teams, quality assurance, adoption of the solution and follow-ups with the client.
• Ensure the real added value of the project for the client and for their business.
• Manage the scope of the budget and schedule of your projects.
• Contribute to the development of project plans, risk management and coordination of resources to ensure project success.
• Ensure clear and effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Monitor industry trends and recommend continuous improvements to optimize internal business processes, tools and practices.
• Ensure the updating and development of your own knowledge and skills
• Share your experiences and knowledge with all teams

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE : 

• Have a minimum of 4 years of experience as a business analyst, project manager or equivalent.
• Experience implementing or working with CRM, primarily Salesforce, or equivalent.
• Bachelor in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Management or equivalent
