  • Assess the effectiveness of current training programs and make continuous improvements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.
  • Design and deliver sales training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
  • Develop materials and resources tailored to different levels of sales personnel, from entry-level to executive.
  • Collaborate with the sales leadership team to identify training needs and gaps.
  • Implement training initiatives that drive sales performance and achieve sales targets.
  • Create engaging and comprehensive training materials, including manuals, e-learning modules, workshops, and seminars.
  • Ensure all training content is relevant, up-to-date, and effectively addresses the needs of various departments.
  • Utilize various instructional methods to accommodate different learning styles.
  • Develop metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Regularly evaluate training outcomes and make data-driven adjustments to improve training quality.
  • Conduct post-training evaluations and feedback sessions to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Lead a team of training professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
  • Foster strong relationships with department heads to ensure training initiatives meet organizational needs.
  • Collaborate with HR to align training programs with overall talent management strategies.
  • Manage the training budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
  • Source and manage external training vendors and consultants as needed.
  • Ensure all training activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
