Requirements
  • 7+ years experience at a high growth Saas company specifically focused on some combination of Operations, Analytics, and Professional Services
  • Strong data skills, including SQL expertise (can train junior team members to build queries) and Salesforce reporting experience
  • Outstanding communication, team work, project management and interpersonal skills
  • Systems design experience (you will work with a systems team, but be a key influencer in how our Professional Services Automation tools are built)
  • Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple competing tasks and projects
  • Manage, mentor, and develop team members
Responsibilities
  • Own the processes that connect Sales to Solutions Engineering and Professional Services, and subsequently transition live customers to long term account management
  • Develop and operationalize metrics that track Professional Services, Solutions Engineering and Integrations teams, and bringing a strategic mindset to identifying areas of strength and improvement
  • Support leadership in maturing our Professional Services and Solutions Engineering functions through special projects and strategy recommendations
  • Lead a team of 4 - 5 data driven direct reports, including hiring some of these individuals
  • Be the primary business partner for Blend's Head of Customer Success, who owns the Professional Services, Solutions Engineering, and Support functions
  • Lead annual planning on behalf of the Head of Customer Success, working closely with Finance to inform decisions on implementation timelines and other metrics that feed financial guidance
  • Design processes to improve data hygiene and reporting to make strategic growth decisions
  • Regularly auditing data to uncover integrity issues and/or opportunities for process improvement
  • Drive definition and improvement of Professional Services product (SKU) portfolio
