- Knowledge of E-Discovery practices
- Experience working with e-discovery and/or data forensics tools, such as Microsoft Compliance Center, Exterro, EnCase and/or ZyLAB ONE
- Good understanding of IT infrastructure technologies, including Desktop, Server and Networking systems
- Good understanding of messaging technologies, including corporate mail systems and email archives
- BA/BS degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 2-3 year of litigation or electronic discovery experience
- Collect and preserve data in compliance with Company processes and procedures
- Conduct searches of electronically-stored data in response to requests from the Legal Department and Information Security Insider Risk Department
- Prepare results for review by internal and/or outside legal counsel
- Periodic review of e-discovery team operational policies and procedures
- Train and support Legal Department in the U.S. and India in the use of legal hold and document review tools
