Opportunities
We’re looking for an exceptional account manager who wants to make an impact at an early stage company. You will manage the growth and experience of a growing list of strategic partners and customers spanning health plans and health systems. As the primary point of contact for our customers, this role requires excellent customer service and relationship building skills.
What you’ll do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple enterprise accounts, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders while rapidly addressing their day-to-day needs.
- Identify and execute on expansion opportunities within current customers, including adding new populations, geographies, departments, and service lines.
- Own the development and delivery of monthly and quarterly internal reporting for current customers.
- Manage the onboarding and implementation of key strategic partners in collaboration with the business development team.
- Collaborate with product to deliver customer insights in support of future product development.

The ideal candidate has:
- Previous experience in healthcare (required).
- Experience in account management, sales, or business development.
- Strong prioritization and project management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication
Residence in the Bay Area or willingness to relocate is preferred.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $60,000 - $125,000 + commission + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
