Responsibilities
  • Enable State Street leaders to elevate and accelerate further enhancing the operating model, process improvement and process transformation projects and apply agile principles, by identifying business needs, validating key pain points, and determining the business case for change.
  • Support business leadership in devising innovative solutions to address process deficiencies and value creation opportunities.
  • Strategically lead a team that will lead enterprise change management approaches and methods and support the assessment of organization capacity and readiness for change.
  • Lead the development of strategic project plans, establish, and drive steering committees, mobilize, and launch project teams to support operating model, process improvement and process transformation.
  • Oversee teams leveraging methodologies like Six Sigma and Lean tools as well as other common process measurement and change methodologies, and support State Street’s Process Improvement and Process Transformation.
  • Champion and demonstrate State Street’s culture of innovation, automation, agility, continuous improvement, and operating as One State Street. Drive teams towards success-driven outcomes, such as reduced time to market, boosted quality, focus on client outcomes, and being a growth organization, while reducing reliance on external resources.
