Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the People team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing documentation.
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate assessments.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
