  • 4 to 5 years of experience in network or payer contracting
  • Fertility industry knowledge a plus
  • Stellar organizational and analytical skill sets with high Excel/Google Sheets fluency
  • Comfort with Business Intelligence tools, such as Looker
  • Strong, clear verbal and written communication
  • Ability to manage high-stakes, cross-functional projects
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and document complex operational processes
  • Resourceful, highly organized self-starter with a bias towards action and efficiency

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the execution of provider contracts and network expansion including fee schedule and language negotiations
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with network providers and billing teams as their dedicated Maven resource
  • Provide onboard training and ongoing support to network providers and billing teams
  • Monitor authorizations and provider portal activity to ensure the process is being properly completed
  • Serve as a liaison between network providers and product team to communicate and execute on necessary provider portal enhancements and updates
  • Work cross-functionally to identify and resolve geographical gaps and network needs
  • Collect and manage provider outcome data
  • Collaborate with internal departments and network providers to resolve issues
