  • Partner Identification and Engagement: Identify and evaluate potential partners in the healthcare industry, including healthcare providers, payers, pharmaceutical companies, medical device manufacturers, and other relevant organizations. Initiate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to explore collaboration opportunities

  • Alliance Program Oversight: Develop and implement processes, frameworks, and metrics to effectively manage strategic alliances. Monitor partner performance, track key deliverables, and evaluate the overall success of partnerships against predefined goals and objectives
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including product management, marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of partnership initiatives. Drive internal awareness and understanding of partnership benefits and opportunities
