Salary Range: 42000 to 70000 (Currency: USD) (Pay period: per-year-salary)

Administrative Responsibilities
- Symmetry Manager: Manage all aspects of Symmetry system for Edelman & UEG to include new (perm/temp) ID set-ups, addressing access issues, daily access reports and system service as needed
- Condeco Administrator: Assist with implementation and migration of hybrid seating approach; daily system management and reporting; assist with long term seating usage analysis and reports, manage asset tracking, Kiosks, desk indicators, floorplan creation and assist with move/restack planning.
- Building Liaison: Work with Resnick staff on all vendor visits, Prism service bookings & assist with building access, security issues, maintaining Fire Warden lists, training and emergency supplies.
- OS Ticketing Manager: Monitor system; assign tasks to appropriate team members; follow-up on status; close tickets where needed. Provide daily reports on open items.
- Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships, to include onsite visits, tracking and follow-up
- Citizenship project assistant for all office-wide initiatives and volunteerism events/reporting
- Supply Manager: Order and track inventory and spend for all NY Office needs: Kitchen supplies, snacks, general office and storage supplies. Assist with stocking deliveries as they arrive and daily supply stocking on floors when needed.
- Storage Manager: Create and assign storage spaces on floors; monitor sign-up sheets daily and respond within 24 hours.
- Business Accounts: Point for set-up/deletion of business accounts (Seamless Web, UPS, Fed Ex, Staples, Workspeed, etc.) for new hires & terms.
- Provide general day-to-day support to the Vice President, Workplace Experience Team and Office Services team. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to mailroom, event set-up & support, maintenance, etc.
- Emergency Response Team Member: respond to @250emergencies to call 911, flag for building, hold elevators for/direct paramedics, make sure employee is isolated/in a private area, if possible, and crowd control.
Financial Management & Planning
- Billing & Contracts: Oversee all financial aspects of OS department, including but not limited to:
- Contract negotiation: work with vendors and Edelman legal team on annual contracts, maintenance, and services agreements
- Handle all new vendor set-ups and ACH documents
- Create, submit, track and follow-up on PO’s, both with vendors and AP
- Complete monthly finance trackers (including blanket PO’s) and Depreciated Asset as needed
- Work with events team to stay on track with monthly Employee Welfare spend
- Assist with budget creation – fiscal year and individual projects
- Submit personal time sheets and expenses in a timely manner
People Development
- Develop strong rapport and relationship with staff, IT personnel and building management
- Participate in the common review process for peers and managers
- Engage in team building activities with department and within the larger agency
