  • Oversees machines shops operations’ personnel (Tool Die Makers, Tool Die Machinists, Machine Operators, and Machinists)
  • Coordinates machining services in support of other Stellant Divisions
  • Recommends design changes in existing equipment, new equipment, materials, and procedures as needed
  • Ensures equipment and operations are performing at optimum levels
  • Supports Quality Control keeping cost-effectiveness in tact
  • Maintains raw-material inventories at optimum levels
  • Interacts and seeks input from Engineering and Manufacturing as on need basis
  • Keeps upper management fully informed on department status
  • Provides direction and training, as needed in all department activities
  • Conducts performance reviews
