Requirements
- A minimum of five years of experience with ECL.
- Experience with HPCC.
- Experience using analytic techniques and tools to perform technical targeting analytic support across a spectrum of spaces, including applying analytic judgment to presented data.
- Experience manipulating high-volume structured and unstructured data to perform analysis and generate relevant analytic reporting and products.
- Experience using computer languages such as Python, C, and SQL to perform large-scale parallel data processing; these languages complement ECL.
- Experience performing large-scale parallel data processing and developing, validating, and using methodologies to support analytic requirements in clustered computing environments.
- Educational or practical experience in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics field.
- Experience providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, including incident response, troubleshooting, and user support.
- Experience with system monitoring, including message flow, failures, and performance issues.
- Experience with high-volume structured and unstructured data environments.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across applications and systems.
- Experience working within standard operating procedure-driven environments, including documentation, updates, and compliance.
- Ability to support users directly through tickets and service desk interactions.
- Familiarity with system administration and application sustainment.
- Experience supporting system availability in critical operations.
- An active polygraph clearance is required.
