Requirements
  • 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD).
Responsibilities
  • Support the preparation of client proposals and project plans, identifying dependencies, roles and responsibilities, scope and deliverables.
  • Prepare project materials including interview guides, data requirements, concepts, frameworks.
  • Collecting and analyse inputs such as client information, data, processes, policies, competitive and environmental information.
  • Conduct industry research, drawing on Visa and partner resources as well as colleagues to identify global best practices and distill insights relevant to the client problem at hand.
  • Identify user needs and translate business goal into recommendations for product and/or service, including Visa’s capabilities where appropriate.
  • Rapidly convert ideas into detailed storyboards, mockups and customer journey flows, meshing-together solutions/capabilities that exist within Visa or externally.
  • Identify solutions and recommendations that address client objectives and result in performance improvement.
  • Create compelling presentations to illustrate findings, ideas, recommendations within consulting engagements and more broadly.
Desired Qualifications
  • 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD).
  • Knowledge of design thinking and strategic problem-solving.
  • Familiar with digital design software and Gen AI tools including Figma, FigJam and Adobe products.
  • Knowledgeable in human centered design thinking, customer journey mapping, UX/UI principles and process flows.
  • Strong communication skills. Able to clearly articulate ideas and design decisions to a variety of audiences and stakeholders.
  • Exercises independent judgment with minimal direction from supervisor.
  • Able to collaborate with business partners and build upon their vision using sound design principles thorough, methodical, and exhibits an extreme attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
  • Experience in and passion for the power of analytics to inform and drive strategy and tactics, and proven ability to generate insights from data.
  • Has 2-3 years of fulltime work experience, have a strong foundation of UX/UI design principles, a keen eye for detail, and a proven track record of delivery. We are looking for someone who is curious and hands-on, and wants to gain more experience of the payments industry, working alongside innovative thinkers and strategic problem solvers who are as analytical as they are creative.
