Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to build and enhance product features.
  • Develop in a JavaScript environment with a strong backend focus. Our stack is built around TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
  • Contribute to the deployment of AI-powered features for our users (e.g., AI Tagging, AI Answers, etc.) [See examples](https://front.com/blog/customer-service-agent-assistance-ai)
  • Develop features end-to-end. At times, this would be with minimal or no cross-functional involvement.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with AI technologies (e.g., LLMs, Vector Databases, etc.).
  • Rigor in A/B testing, test coverage, and modern web best practices.
  • Familiarity with managing complex data models at scale.
