Requirements
  • The candidate must hold a BAC+5 qualification in public law.
  • The candidate must have knowledge and practical experience in public law.
  • The candidate must have knowledge and practical experience in real estate and urban-planning law.
  • The candidate must have knowledge and practical experience with the Transport Code and the General Code on the Ownership of Public Persons.
  • The candidate must have knowledge and practical experience with tools relating to the division of property ownership.
  • The candidate must demonstrate negotiation ability, anticipation and cooperation, analytical and synthesis skills, strong writing ability, listening and dialogue skills, and ability to work in a team.
Responsibilities
  • Manage relations and negotiations with occupants of the RATP public domain, neighboring residents, and local authorities regarding administrative management of RATP property, acquisitions and disposals of buildings required for RATP activities, and public-domain occupancy agreements.
  • Draft administrative instruments, including agreements of all types, and contracts required for operations and projects under RATP project ownership.
  • Verify notarial deeds and all legal documents.
  • Conduct legal analyses of contractual structures and analyze surveyors' plans and other documents needed to carry out a real estate operation.
  • Act as the internal contact for project ownership, RATP's legal department, project managers, and RATP Real Estate.
  • Act as the external contact for local authorities, lawyers, expert surveyors, notaries, bailiffs, developers, and all petitioners.
  • Act under delegation from the unit manager with contacts in other departments, principally Project Ownership and the Infrastructure Manager.
  • Process land-related requests to rationalize use of the RATP public domain by different projects and RATP occupants.
  • Validate that requests comply with investment forecasts in the Real Estate Master Plan.
  • Manage acquisitions and disposals reviewed by the Strategic Real Estate Committee and implement the legal instruments for the transaction structure, including contractual relations, parcel divisions, volumetry, easements, and related matters.
  • Ensure proper administration of assigned service contracts.
