Requirements
  • 3+ years of professional experience working for a software-based organization
  • Ability to lead large enterprise implementations across multiple stakeholder groups
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to influence clients
  • Experience with full project management lifecycle
  • Experience with Project Management and Collaboration Tools
  • Willingness to travel up to 50 percent of the time
Responsibilities
  • Lead implementation of SaaS solutions with government agency teams
  • Own each client implementation effort by providing project management
  • Develop and configure prototypes based on clients’ business need
  • Manage test planning creation and alignment of requirements with Product teams
  • Support clients in maintaining good platform hygiene
  • Develop training for various PayIt departments on user experience
  • Maintain and update client-related documentation
  • Coordinate efforts with client stakeholders
