- Prepare key account briefings in support of relationship manager meetings and engagements
- Develop and maintain distributor roadmaps for high priority key accounts (e.g., firm updates, product menu, research views, SWOT analysis)
- Prepare information for national accounts meetings with GPs on product placement and support efforts
- Help relationship managers scale communication and outreach plans, digital and in-person, for key centers of influence at targeted firms on items of importance (e.g., manager updates, new offerings, thought leadership pieces)
- Update and maintain key distribution list for targeted firms to ensure CRM (Salesforce) is up to date and individuals are tagged appropriately
- Assist relationship managers with white label set-up as required for Alternative Investments distribution focused national accounts firms
- Assist relationship managers with RFI, RFP, and DDQ type inquiries pertaining to new or existing clients as needed for Alternatives Investment distribution focused firms
- Work with Client Success team to elevate issues impacting distributor clients and ensure issues are addressed
- Ensure that channel specific marketing content is posted
- Support Business Manager with coordination and planning of various conference and due diligence events
- Work on projects as directed by Head of Alternative Investments National Accounts
