Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience is required.
  • CCNA required.
  • Support and administration experience with Cisco switch, routers, Meraki, Firewalls, Cisco ISE, Cisco SDWAN and SD-Access.
  • TCP/IP Routing protocols with Cisco Technologies, including MPLS, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, DMVPN, OMP.
  • Knowledge and experience of Ethernet, TCP/IP protocols.
  • Knowledge and experience of operating system architectures, characteristics, commands and components applicable to computer platforms/operating environments, including (but not limited to): Cisco routers/switches, Firewalls - Adaptive Security Appliances (ASA), Firepower, Palo Alto and Fortinet, Cisco ISE, Cisco Nexus, Cisco ACI, Meraki, Splunk, AAA.
  • Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, activities and tasks simultaneously.
  • Team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with no supervision.
  • Ability to stay current, learn and implement new technologies and responsibilities.
Responsibilities
  • Providing network administration and support.
  • Assist in Tracking security vulnerabilities.
  • Track audit requirements.
  • Assist in maintenance of all network infrastructure related systems and applications, while monitoring and troubleshooting network performance issues.
  • Maintain network documentations.
  • Manage network incidents and ticketing system.
  • Manage the network monitoring/alerting systems, review performance logs and monitoring system performance while responding to alerts and incidents as required.
Desired Qualifications
  • CCNP preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science or related field preferred, or comparable work experience.
  • Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
