Requirements
  • A degree in BE/B.Tech, Computer Applications, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Commerce.
  • Background in a SaaS company, FinTech, or BPO.
  • At least 5 years of professional service experience, including at least 3 years as a Team Lead, with solution implementation and/or technical support experience.
  • Proficiency handling utility data and using Microsoft Office Suite, SQL, Python, Jira, Tableau, R, and Power BI.
  • Strong knowledge of root cause analysis, key result areas, and benchmarking.
  • Experience in customer account or relationship management and escalation handling.
  • Experience managing large-scale projects and adapting to changing work environments and priorities.
  • Applicants must be willing and able to work rotating shifts.
Responsibilities
  • Grasp concepts and workflows, develop basic implementation plans, and set up Jira, Excel, R, Tableau, SQL, or Python dashboard views to track assigned work to completion within a defined timeframe.
  • Analyze the pros and cons of existing workflows and make data-driven decisions for prioritization and execution.
  • Identify the team's three major blockers using Pareto analysis and enable the team to resolve them through upskilling and goal setting.
  • Identify major technology glitches in workflows, use quality-control tools to assess team output, and provide insights to the Product team to improve onboarding delivery.
  • Understand team capabilities, provide regular constructive feedback through one-on-ones, set key result areas, and prepare team members for new responsibilities.
  • Work with peers in other teams to establish processes across departments and workflows.
  • Represent Arcadia in customer and Atlanta leadership calls, understand customer pain points, and address them through workflow modifications and change-management capabilities.
  • Work with directors, align with the company's growth direction, and explore new domains and challenges.
  • Ensure key performance indicators are published and reviewed daily, weekly, and monthly, and analyze behaviors or processes that could affect data integrity.
  • Improve and drive metrics from current to target values in a planned manner.
  • Ensure adherence to existing processes and establish appropriate checkpoints.
  • Facilitate root cause analysis for incident reports and identify continuous-improvement opportunities involving people, tools, and process changes.
  • Collaborate with customer support teams to provide technical support for Urjanet's data feeds and application programming interfaces.
  • Lead project-management best practices, including project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts ranging from enterprise to small-scale engagements.
  • Identify capacity requirements to support monitoring service-level agreements within customer contracts.
  • Collaborate with the account-management team on renewal, expansion, and churn-prevention activities.
  • Provide feedback to the Product Management team by identifying product changes that improve efficiency and customer experience.
  • Coordinate with Urjanet's offshore teams to ensure data deliveries are on schedule, meet quality standards, and comply with service-level agreements.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve processes for customer acceptance of Urjanet data deliveries.
  • Create and update internal and external documentation supporting customer processes.
  • Support the plan to delegate Atlanta support-operations tasks to India as the company grows.

Arcadia acquires ENGIE Impact to manage $30B in annual utility payments

Arcadia has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire ENGIE Impact, combining ENGIE Impact's global operations with Arcadia's AI-powered utility data platform. The transaction creates an energy management solution serving over 1,500 enterprise customers, including approximately 25% of the Fortune 500, managing over 4.5 million metres globally and processing over $30 billion in annual utility payments. ENGIE Impact brings 30 years of experience in utility expense management, energy procurement and sustainability advising. The combined platform will handle the full lifecycle of utility data, from bill payment to strategic energy procurement. During integration, customers of both companies will continue receiving uninterrupted service whilst gaining access to expanded energy management capabilities. J.P.
