Responsibilities
  • Partnering with Sales and Solutions Engineering Teams: Collaborate with Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, and Emerging Technologies leadership on customer expansion and new sales opportunities, supporting successful technical positioning of new solutions.
  • Driving Adoption of New Solutions: Work alongside sales leadership to differentiate products, overcome deal-specific technical challenges, and drive revenue through campaigns that highlight new, innovative solutions.
  • Field Enablement and Technical Support: Serve as a go-to technical resource for pre-sales and post-sales teams, helping to resolve technical concerns and bridge the gap between product capabilities and customer needs.
  • Collaborating with Product and Engineering: Provide actionable feedback from the field to Product teams, influence product direction, and work on enhancements to better position acquired technologies within the portfolio.
  • Training and Enablement Content Creation: Develop educational content, including best practices, technical overviews, and product differentiators to ensure seamless onboarding of new solutions across the sales engineering and enablement teams.
  • Delivering Technical Presentations: Confidently present Snyk’s new solutions both internally and to customers, addressing groups large and small to generate excitement and understanding of product capabilities.
  • Optimizing Operational Efficiency: Streamline processes and coordinate resources to support technical engagements globally, continuously optimizing for efficiency in customer and product delivery.
  • Building Cross-Functional Relationships: Cultivate productive relationships with teams in Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Enablement to anticipate market needs, address product gaps, and create alignment on go-to-market initiatives.
