Targeting Analyst, Mid
The Opportunity:
As a targeting analyst on our team, you’ll serve as a subject matter expert, performing analysis of publicly available information to inform operations. Using your comprehensive understanding of CI/HUMINT, you will research and analyze various sources to determine context, identify risk, and generate products to inform operations and answer collection requirements. You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment with little supervision while maintaining attention to a high-level of detail to ensure transparent communication and task completion. As the authority in your field, your client will look to you for time critical recommendations, often under pressure. This is a chance to grow your expertise and broaden your skillset in research, analysis, and collection. You’ll share your expertise with others through leadership, mentoring, and collaboration. You Have:
- 3+ years of experience in intelligence collection and analysis
- Experience collecting and analyzing publicly available information
- Experience coordinating and collaborating with CI/HUMINT stakeholders across the defense intelligence enterprise
- Knowledge of CI/HUMINT functions
- Knowledge of IC-standard intelligence and production tools, databases, techniques, and platforms
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- Bachelor’s degree
Nice If You Have:
- 8+ years of experience in intelligence collection and analysis
- Experience as an intelligence analyst supporting CCMD or component organizations
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including confidently interfacing with senior military and civilian officials
- Master’s degree
- Graduate of a DoD HUMINT Collection Course
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
