  • Completed commercial or technical vocational training, technical business management or completed studies in the field of marketing/sales or comparable
  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience
  • Very good customer service skills, high service orientation and communication skills
  • Detail orientation and ability to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
  • Independent and result-oriented way of working
  • For this position you must have the right to work in the United Kingdom as we are unable to offer Skilled Worker Visa sponsorship for this role
Responsibilities
  • Support of the sales process and customer service for national as well as international existing customers in the testing, inspection and certification area
  • Independent processing of customer inquiries including preparation of proposals and tracking of open quotations until receipt of order
  • Recording and maintaining accurate and complete customer master data in the CRM system
  • Assist in achieving company goals and increasing revenues
  • Proactively market CSA's portfolio of services to existing customers in collaboration with the marketing team
  • Occasional client/trade show visits and involvement in client events
Desired Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and Workday is an advantage
  • Knowledge of the testing and certification industry is an advantage

CSA opens lab to test medical-grade PPE

TORONTO – CSA Group has announced the opening of an accredited, special-purpose laboratory dedicated to testing and certifying the safety of medical-grade PPE. Until now, there have been no domestic providers of testing and certification services for medical-grade PPE.
