- Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant work experience required.
- 3+ years dealership business management experience.
- 3+ years supervisory experience with proven customer service and sales success.
- Ideal candidate will be a self starter and require minimal supervision.
- Ability to recruit, train and motivate highly effective teammates.
