Greenvolt is a pan-European independent power producer and renewable energy developer focused on three pillars: sustainable biomass, utility-scale wind and solar projects, and distributed generation. It manages the full lifecycle of green energy assets—from development and construction to operation and strategic asset rotation—across multiple geographies. Its products come from electricity generation tied to long-term power purchase agreements, with revenue also derived from the strategic sale of mature renewable assets. The company is expanding into battery energy storage to enhance grid flexibility. Greenvolt distinguishes itself through strong execution capabilities, deep technical expertise, and a growing project pipeline supported by solid institutional backing. Its goal is to accelerate the global energy transition by enabling large-scale renewable developments and decentralized self-consumption, improving grid reliability, and helping customers reduce their carbon footprints.
