Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of payments, treasury management, or cash management consultative sales experience, or experience selling FinTech solutions such as enterprise resource planning, accounts receivable and accounts payable automation, tax automation, or expense management.
  • Experience with large corporate clients with $250 million or more in size.
  • A strong sales track record demonstrating sales expertise.
  • Ability to influence C-suite-level stakeholders and present transformative business solutions, return on investment, and value propositions.
  • Ability to use consultative and strategic solution-selling skills to define needs, match value propositions, deliver products and services, and close deals.
  • Thorough understanding of client financial and business operations.
  • Knowledge of financial concepts, payment processing, commercial banking operations, and supply chain management.
  • Proven ability to manage a client portfolio and define and execute a growth strategy.
  • Ability to manage projects, strategies, and timelines to accelerate sales activities.
  • Ability to participate effectively in highly collaborative, cross-functional deal teams.
  • Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Technical Sciences is preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Create and execute sales and marketing strategies that achieve market penetration, cross-sell, revenue, and client acquisition goals.
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with Relationship Managers to acquire, expand, and retain business clients with payments or treasury management needs.
  • Lead prospecting for new client acquisitions and participate as part of deal teams in sales engagements with Relationship Managers.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for clients with cash management needs to develop, manage, and retain profitable client relationships.
  • Identify client needs, provide solutions, and participate in client management, in-person client calls, and relationship reviews.
  • Manage the portfolio by identifying integrated solutions for unmet client needs and partnering with Relationship Managers to identify opportunities.
  • Build and maintain networks with Centers of Influence.
  • Collaborate with Relationship Managers and internal partners to maintain current knowledge of client relationships, fluid communication, seamless client service, and sales visibility.
  • Prepare sales presentations, relationship reviews, and business process reviews with comprehensive recommendations based on client cash management needs.
  • Use industry expertise to conduct external cash management speaker series and seminars in accordance with the bank's vertical strategy.
  • Record accurate and current sales activity in Salesforce and respond promptly to client and partner requests.
  • Leverage implementation and client management teams to ensure effective onboarding and client experience; motivate and hold others accountable, ensure appropriate documentation, and own corporate communication during execution.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for payments and treasury management needs within the area of responsibility.
  • Represent the organization and generate leads at industry conferences, regional events, business meetings, market functions, and through internal and external Centers of Influence.
  • Speak at payments, treasury management, and industry segment events.
  • Comply with the company's policies and procedures, including professional and ethical conduct and acting in clients' and the company's best interests.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Travel routinely and frequently, including overnight stays.

Radiant Logistics secures $200M revolving credit facility with improved terms and 2031 maturity

Radiant Logistics has completed an amended and restated $200 million secured revolving credit facility, refinancing its existing facility that was due to mature in August 2027. The new facility extends the maturity to 2031 and features improved terms, including lower interest rates and an expanded accordion feature increased from $75 million to $100 million. The facility will be used to fund acquisitions, capital expenditures, and potentially share buybacks. Borrowings accrue interest at SOFR plus 137.5 to 212.5 basis points, reduced from previous pricing. Bank of America serves as administrative agent, with Bank of Montreal and PNC Bank acting as co-syndication agents. Net interest income reached $1.25 billion, slightly missing the $1.26 billion estimate but showing 8.7% year-on-year growth. The net interest margin came in at 2.9%, matching analyst expectations. KeyCorp operates KeyBank across 15 states, providing retail and commercial banking, wealth management, and investment services. The company's revenue growth has accelerated recently, with annualised growth of 12.6% over the past two years compared to 2.1% over five years. Net interest income from lending operations accounted for 60.4% of total revenue over the last five years.

KeyCorp reported second quarter 2026 net income of $472 million, or $0.44 per diluted common share, up 26% year-over-year. Revenue reached $1.96 billion, increasing 7% from the prior year. Net interest income rose 9% year-over-year and 2% sequentially, with net interest margin expanding to 2.89%. Period-end loans grew $1.2 billion sequentially, driven by a $2.1 billion increase in commercial and industrial loans. The company repurchased $341 million of common shares during the quarter. Net charge-offs stood at 42 basis points, whilst the Common Equity Tier 1 ratio reached 11.2%.
