Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the lead for up to eight points of service in a geographic region.
  • Develop and manage high-functioning clinics that consistently deliver quality patient care and customer service.
  • Support the strategic direction set by the Regional Vice President through strategic regional management of all points of service and personnel.
  • Serve as a clinical expert resource to clinics regarding patient needs and clinical oversight.
  • Facilitate implementation of company initiatives and changes in policies, regulations, processes, and procedures.
  • Provide accurate and timely communication to the Regional Vice President and relevant leadership regarding business operations, employee performance, and development direction.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of new therapists and potential leaders through planned and unplanned recruiting activities.
  • Mentor and instruct clinic leaders, developing therapists, and students.
  • Ensure compliance of all points of service with federal, state, and local therapy practice guidelines.
  • Review mock Joint Commission accreditation survey audits where applicable.
  • Oversee weekly reporting from Clinic Managers and Senior Clinic Managers.
  • Supervise daily implementation of PT Solutions' business direction and practices.
  • Provide patient care as needed to train and develop others or reduce barriers to patient access.
  • Facilitate and manage patient care duties according to the applicable practice act, licensing board, and physician referral.
  • Provide quality patient care according to American Physical Therapy Association practice standards appropriate to patient age and disability-related functional limitations.
  • Document care and perform charge-related functions.
  • Represent the physical therapy profession and PT Solutions positively.
  • Market patient care services to the community, physicians, and other referral sources.
  • Oversee patient care and clinic billing practices.
  • Create and implement action plans affecting district engagement, environment, and staff performance.
  • Prioritize effective use of time and scheduling for clinic presence and patient care.
  • Provide structured treatment time with a minimum expectation of 36 visits per week.
  • Spend 50% of time in district clinics, focusing on clinic engagement, culture, staff and patient relationships, customer service coaching, and side-by-side quality-care coaching.
  • Manage district financial performance and inform district budget creation.
  • Act as hiring manager for all open clinical positions, including interviewing, final decisions, and compensation packages.
  • Coach Clinic Manager I and Clinic Manager II teams on productivity, quality-care practices, physician relationships, and people management.
  • Identify talent to sustain practice success.
  • Own physician relations and marketing within the district.
  • Participate in regional and national recruiting and educational events.
  • Conduct monthly one-on-one meetings with all Clinic Managers and Senior Clinic Managers and quarterly skip-level one-on-one meetings.
  • Manage cross-clinic paid time off.
  • Own employee engagement events, including quarterly town halls.
  • Plan community engagement events with the sales team, source opportunities, budget for events, and encourage staff participation.
  • Maintain a regular meeting cadence with front office leadership, the Talent Acquisition team, the Director of Sales, Revenue Cycle, the Student/University team, regional leadership, and other applicable departments.
  • Oversee facility maintenance for all clinics within the district.
  • See patients for evaluation or follow-up where access-to-care limitations exist.
  • Participate in Regional Operational Review calls with the Regional Vice President.
  • Host Operational Review calls with District Clinic Managers.
  • Educate the region on best billing practices.
  • Attend two continuing education unit courses annually and encourage staff participation.
  • Respond to clinic reviews.
  • Provide student program feedback and gather information.
  • Communicate Clinical Practice Map expectations to district clinicians and hold them accountable for utilization.
  • Monitor each clinic's financial performance by analyzing finance-provided data, establishing and relaying action plans, coaching clinic leaders to execute them, understanding EBITDA calculations, managing labor expense, supporting clinic-leader education, and approving incentives.
  • Participate in annual budget development.
  • Track regional FOTO performance for quality and patient satisfaction monthly and use the data to guide continuing education strategy and side-by-side mentoring or pairing of staff.
  • Ensure key performance indicators are met within all district clinics.

Physical therapy chain to replace Plaid Fox in Flower Mound. June 26, 2026 Plaid Fox Resale closed the doors in Flower Mound in June 2025 and will be replaced by a national physical therapy chain. PT Solutions is expected to move in to the old Plaid Fox space at Robertson's Creek Shopping Center, according to a filing with the state. It is located at the southwest corner of FM 2499 and Dixon Lane. According to PT Solutions' website, its clinics offer orthopedic physical therapy, pre and post surgery physical therapy, pediatrics physical therapy, neurological rehabilitation, speech-language pathology, hand therapy and occupational therapy. The clinics use different treatments such as dry needling, lymphedema treatment, pelvic floor therapy, vestibular therapy and concussion care. PT Solutions also offers sports-specific physical therapy. "At PT Solutions, our love for physical therapy drives everything we do. We blend science, training, and compassion to deliver care that supports patients through every step of their healing journey," reads the PT Solutions website. "Rooted in research and focused on people, we strive to raise the standard for physical therapy - one connection, one breakthrough, one recovery at a time." The new Flower Mound location will be one of more than 550 PT Solutions locations across the nation. "PT Solutions continues to expand its national footprint through its unique model of hospital partnerships, private acquisitions and de novo clinics," reads the clinic's website. "Through APTA-accredited residency program, PT Solutions educates, trains and trusts its professionals to provide research-supported care in hospitality-driven and service-oriented environments." Construction is expected to start in July and be completed in early September. Atlanta-based PT Solutions started in 2003 by the brand's CEO Dale Yake, who opened a private practice in Eufaula, Alabama.
