- 3+ years of practicing as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
- Graduate from an approved Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
- Current Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license
- Basic Life Support or Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support certification
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and obtain medical histories focused on allergy and sinus conditions
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic allergic and sinus conditions, including allergic rhinitis, chronic sinusitis, nasal polyps, and asthma
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including allergy testing, sinus computed tomography scans, and pulmonary function tests
- Develop individualized treatment plans including medications, immunotherapy, and procedural recommendations
- Perform and assist with in-office procedures such as administration and supervision of allergy immunotherapy (subcutaneous and sublingual) and nasal endoscopy
- Educate patients on disease management, treatment options, and medication use
- Collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure continuity and quality of care
- Document all patient encounters accurately in electronic health record within 24 hours of their visit
- Oversee and manage both food and environmental allergy testing for patients by utilizing Percutaneous Allergy Skin Testing and Intracutaneous Allergy Testing
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative evaluation and treatment after a variety of surgeon performed sinus procedures
- Develop relationships with referring medical providers and the local medical community
- Attend lunches and events with the assigned territory provider relationship representative to help garner credibility and market Aspire
- Adhere to standard metrics: Testing 50 percent minimum threshold, Treatment 30 percent minimum threshold, IOP Conversion 7 percent minimum threshold
- Other duties as assigned
- Previous experience working with an electronic medical record or electronic health record system
