Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing subscription, hybrid, and NAV debt facilities, ensuring smooth renewals and adjustments.
  • Oversee borrowing bases, proactively managing changes due to new investors or transfers.
  • Work closely with Treasury to handle daily facility management and resolve lender-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with debt and FX legal documentation in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Calculate FX hedge ratios and recommend FX forward trades in line with the firm's hedging policies.
  • Support ISDA negotiations and KYC processes for debt and FX transactions.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor and track debt, FX, and legal costs, ensuring timely payment of associated fees.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies.
