  • 8+ years experience in an enterprise CSM capacity
  • 10+ yrs. experience in an enterprise SaaS product support environment
  • Strong experience with building and developing long-lasting executive-level relationships at F500 companies
  • Experience managing a book of business approaching or exceeding $10M ARR
  • Action-oriented with the ability to integrate inputs across functions
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Strong written, spoken, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to introduce and review new product features
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills
  • Previous experience with Internet and networking technologies and products
  • Well versed with using case management systems and CRM’s
  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering/Computer Science/Electronics and Communications Engineering or equivalent
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the 'voice of the customer' and provide internal feedback
  • Schedule, prepare and deliver Business Reviews for customers
  • Increase customer adoption of key platform features
  • Understand customer's industry trends and challenges
  • Establish a strategic, trusted advisor relationship with customers
  • Develop and nurture Abnormal Security champions within customer's organization
  • Develop an accurate understanding of customer success criteria
  • Engage customers' senior decision makers to shape Success Planning
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure customer renewals and expansions
  • Monitor customer user trends and recommend risk mitigation actions
  • Maintain deep understanding of product and educate customers on features
