Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a market research agency, ad tech/mar tech company, or internal brand team’s consumer insight/market research department
  • 3+ year of experience as a people leader with proven ability to mentor, develop, and grow your team to produce strong results
  • Extensive experience in both quantitative and qualitative market research
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing research methods, statistical analysis approaches, and research
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills
  • Ability to integrate, simplify and develop insights from multiple data sources including 0P, 1P, 2P, and 3P
  • Ability to transform data into storytelling for business decision making
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Expert leadership behavior: influencing skills, ownership of delivering strong results, inspiring & leading the teams
  • Project management skills, multitasking and keeping the overview of all deliverables
  • Working under pressure, in a fast-paced and challenging environment keeps you energized
  • Expert Microsoft Suite skills with a focus on PowerBI, Excel, & PowerPoint
  • Bachelor’s degree required
Responsibilities
  • Delivering solutions that result in business growth for new and existing clients
  • Recommending appropriate Market Research solutions to clients by evaluating their needs and which solution(s) best align
  • Client meetings and presentations with travel on an as-needed basis
  • Distilling demands in the marketplace to inform product enhancements
  • Identify trends in the market research ecosystem
  • Lead the team by setting a vision, identifying scope, and working with your team on what areas each should focus on and helping them grow their careers and skills.
