Requirements
  • You possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
  • You have 5+ years of revenue (ASC 606) experience in public accounting and/or high-tech organizations
  • You possess strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP accounting, internal controls and financial reporting. CPA preferred
  • You create and execute your own work. You thrive in ambiguity and enjoy rolling up your sleeves no matter what the challenge is. You understand how to prioritize and ask for help when it's needed

Responsibilities
  • Own your workflows. We believe in hiring great people and removing any obstacles that get in their way
  • Review contract proposals and advise on potential revenue implications prior to execution
  • Research and document accounting conclusions for large contracts and modifications
  • Prepare for our annual audit filings/requirements
  • Re-design the order-to-cash processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
  • Perform calculations to determine SSP, variable consideration, etc. in accordance with with ASC 606
  • Maintain and streamline the revenue and deferred revenue reconciliation processes
  • Analyze monthly and quarterly fluctuations in by customer, and investigate discrepancies
  • Prepare, calculate, and analyze the monthly commissions payouts in accordance to Notable's commission plans
  • Distribute and track completeness of compensation plan sign-off from sales personnel to ensure compliance with company policies
  • Act as the point of contact for all commissions related questions and provide thorough and timely answers to the sales and sales management teams and maintain regular customer service
  • Assist in establishing, implementing, documenting, maintaining and monitoring internal control procedures and accounting policies
  • You'll be given full autonomy to build out accounting processes and tackle ambitious projects that shape the future of the business
