We are looking for an Intern to join the Office of the CTO Team at Extreme to champion our Social media, project management and administration tasks.

Within Product and the Office of the CTO, we oversee content and comms for our Product Organization and Office of the CTO which is over 750 strong with teams in 9+ domestic and international markets. Our team supports everything from company-wide initiatives to external content campaigns to communicate Extreme’s product strategy internally and externally.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in Extreme’s OCTO communications. Working with team members, you will help drive engagement with internal and external audiences on business successes, transformation initiatives, executive thought leadership and other matters of importance.

- Managing the Office of the CTO LinkedIn page: posting blogs from the Office of the CTO blog website 1-2 times a week. 

- Ordering & shipping merchandise: coordinating with vendors to place orders for merchandise and once received, generating shipping labels and shipping packages to individual addresses. 

·     Planning & organizing OCTO Summits/Offsite events: working together with OCTO leaders to make the presentation deck and populating the content – analytics, breakout rooms, topic names, etc. 

·     Managing and updating content on the OCTO Source pages.

·     Kickstart Form: keeping track of who has filled out the form and flagging to OCTO leaders. 

·     Shared Mailbox: staying on top of the OCTO and Kickstart mailbox, flagging any important emails, etc. 

·     Analytics: Pulling analytics for LinkedIn, blog and podcast performance using software such as LinkedIn, Tableau, Looker Studio, Podcast.co and Social Chorus/FirstUp. 

·     Monday.com: Supporting OCTO members with maintaining content calendars and keeping up to date with when OCTO content is coming out. 

·     Extreme Networks Website: ensuring leadership headshots + personal information is updated. 

 

·        Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
